The readme needs to be more clearly about how to use the software
it is desribed in the open_channel message and could also be mentioned / explained in the channel construction chapter. c.f: https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lightning-rfc/blob/master/02-peer-protocol.md#the-open_channel-message
