Probing channel balance of newly opened channels

The channel announcment messages do not reveale who opened the channel and to which nodes the funds belonged after opening the channel. However if I probe both directions of the channel as soon as I receive a channel announcement message I will be able to say with a high likelihood who opened the channel / who ownes the funds. In particular as the entire balance will be initially on one side it is easy to probe. Just see that probing in the other direction even with a small HTLC fails.

Potential fix: add a recommendation to rebalance a channel after opening and before sending out the announcement message
