I think you are mixing two things, chat requests which you see now. And general online visitors which is missing in the app :)

It's just LHC users idea, then I do this stuff, it will be stored in database in any case.

There is already such feature check start chat form settings and check "Auto start chat if there is no required fields. Usefull in case bot handles chat."

Just for reference. This thing is just for case when operator has like repeat sound 100 times :D
