The [cli/cli-test](https://github.com/kyverno/kyverno/actions/runs/8137218492/job/22235064086?pr=9725) fails, seems it cannot find the executable CLI binary. I have enabled chainsaw tests for CLI [here](https://github.com/kyverno/kyverno/pull/9828/files#diff-7bfd467904d753bc34e8f91ffbb8165dc048bbe3610af168c600072d0ec473c0R975), you can just add to the `test/conformance/chainsaw/cli/` folder.
