@venkat-kayo - it looks like Kyverno was installed in `kube-system` namespace. How was kyverno deployed? Via Helm Chart? You may want to check if all RBAC resources were also installed...

@venkat-kayo - I wonder if Kyverno serviceaccount is bound with those RBAC resources properly. Have you also tried installing Kyverno in another namespace?
