I'm not sure where this setting is, but I think it's specific to account settings and I have cc/bcc ticked, but not addresses, and I think this meant always include...

I'm using 60.7.0 (64-bit) on MacOS Catalina and have this problem now too. I didn't purposefully mess with this plugin, but perhaps something updated automatically?

I was running version 1.0.3 of the plugin, I just manually installed the 1.0.8 version and the problem persists. Also, my problem is unrelated to `-compose` I think. Both thunderbird...

On Mac OS X 10.15.5, I upgraded to TB 68.9.0 (64-bit) and plugin 2.0.4 and the problem remains.
