RuntimeError: nvrtc: error: invalid value for --gpu-architecture (-arch)

It might be a versioning issue with some of the dependencies, namely PyTorch. Perhaps the solution [here](https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/rtx-4090-is-not-woking-with-isaacgymenvs-and-nvrtc-error-invalid-value-for-gpu-architecture-arch/271323) may help: `conda install pytorch==1.13.1 torchvision==0.14.1 torchaudio==0.13.1 pytorch-cuda=11.7 -c pytorch -c nvidia`
