- [x] Autocomplete does not work on a Windows machine. Selecting anything from the dropdown, closes the pop-up but does not insert anything

Seeing a 503 message after login. Need to refresh the page to see the app I was trying to access.  Is this related to the fix here? - or...

Public app setting is not appropriately set as per expected behaviour

Error message is still incomplete on the Errors tab of the debugger. Toast message displays text as "action was cancelled by the user" but the debugger shows a different text....

This issue also causes the object to not appear on selection dropdown [Sample object](https://release.app.appsmith.com/app/automation-test-cases/page-2-62c6ba550721a64d32ce5ef5/edit/jsObjects/62c6ba550721a64d32ce5f2f) TC4 is the object that does not show up on action selector dropdown 

Unsure on repro steps cause I've seen it happen once and Raksha's seen it happen intermittently Conditions where I saw it happen: - Used an existing app that's git connected...

Related test cases will be scripted by Arun post implementing front-end changes for change log [Git related scenarios ](https://github.com/appsmithorg/TestSmith/issues/2125) have been tested and verified. CC: @sumitsum @arunvjn
