The 'Setup...' button on the toolbar for plots (such as the density plot) allows the user to set the range for an axis. Currently these options are universal for that...

Suggest just a few sizes or 'small, large, extra large'.
For those plots that show a credible interval or credible set, add a toolbar dropdown to set what this is (perhaps from some discrete values, i.e., 50%, 90%, 95%, 99%).
For a joint density of 2 traces, plots for each tracefile could be overlayed using different colours (similar to the density plots).
Alternative to bubble plot? Or combine so background is optionally heatmap, bubbles can be switched off.
