Some meta information about tracks like e.g. the instrument name or the name of the track are not transferred from the guitar pro file.

Currently slides are completely ignored which leads to awkward pauses in the track.

`BpResponse::Deactivate` will always result in the physical breakpoint being deleted. This might break the workflow for other `Breakpoint` objects that have subscribed to the same breakpoint event.
