Hi, bear in mind that it mr is unrelated to docker, linux etc. It fixes single case of running under shared .net core runtime from dotnet run or dotnet test.

@scollison22 I have replaced ilmerge with ilrepack

@mpseidel Just drop it and use ilrepack, I moved to it years ago and zero issue since than.
