Thanks for the pull request. I will take a look at this and the other pull request and try to find the best possible solution for the library loading issue under linux, docker, netcore, etc.

Hi, bear in mind that it mr is unrelated to docker, linux etc. It fixes single case of running under shared .net core runtime from dotnet run or dotnet test.
