Ok, good, because there are also accompanying `runtool.run` and `runtool.arg` settings (where the latter can occur multiple times) so we can actually persist all the necessary information

I just fixed everything that I could find, but without testing it.But I'm sure it's more correct already.
Sure, I had changed those paths to always be relative to the "ceylon" folder the user starts out with, but this is okay with me too.
Oh, I just thought it wasn't possible! Yes please, I want this too :)
The "compiler options" was a typo, changed it to "runtime options".
And don't forget the `doc` and `script` folders!
I think the IDE is doing something _extra_ right now to download sources and documentation, because the CLI compiler only downloads the binary artifacts and nothing more. So I'm guessing...
Ok, let's do that then. I'll rename this issue that way.
AFAIK this is certainly possible, but you have to zip everything you want to upload.
