fix the README

The build instructions in the README are currently wrong, and are wasting people's time.

I just fixed everything that I could find, but without testing it.But I'm sure it's more correct already.

I fixed all the remaining paths that were wrong. It seems OK to me. @gavinking , @quintesse : do you confirmit's OK for you also ?

Sure, I had changed those paths to always be relative to the "ceylon" folder the user starts out with, but this is okay with me too.
