impossible to upload module descriptor from web UI

It is currently impossible to upload a module.xml or module.properties file.

AFAIK this is certainly possible, but you have to zip everything you want to upload.

Well that's a sort-of strange requirement and it isn't documented.

Well I used ceylon import-jar instead.
