According to the documentation public projects aren't charged. Just like if we were to do a self-hosted instance. That being the case I think we're good to go.

I could go with either option although looking at the upstream ticket, it doesn't appear to be going anywhere any time soon.

Would probably consider this a breaking change so will incorporate into 2.0 release
