GitHub Wiki is good but gitbook.com is better ... and its free for open source ... I'm using it for https://training.shoppinpal.com and loving the markdown syntax.

Thanks @the-darc but the iPads in question have laser scanners hooked up to them and those devices hijack the keyboard input to provide the results of the data being read...
