New command `azd config` is available since release azure-dev-cli_0.4.0-beta.1. Please make sure you include `azd config` in your exploration.

We should have a command to do this using the CLI without going through GH Action. And we have heard from multiple customers asking for this. @jongio @ellismg

@mumian, did you see Bicep code for both versions? You should see Bicep code only for the version published with (Bicep) source, else you see the compiled JSON.
