steamwebhelper is a 64bits process, this should be a box64 ticket. You need to update both box86 and box64 to latest version and it should be fixed there.

Not yet. I have to backport the latest elfloader changes from box64 to box86, that should help this ticket.

You should remove the build folder and start again. It seems cmake didn't use `gcc-arm-linux-gnuarmhf` to make the build but regular gcc (so 64bits). Try again from a clean build...

You can install the deb package if you prefer yes.

You don't need x86 repo to run steam with box86+box64. You can remove it (that might help for conflict). Anyway, that doesn't look like conflict, more like package that evolved...
