#180 fix for destinationTable not returned

closes #180

DestinationTable is not being returned when creating a query job without tableDestination

While creating a query job without destinationTable using bigquery/v2/projects/{projectId}/jobs, the response doesn't contain the element destinationTable with the anonymous table information
