.ftpignore doesn't work when I ignore folder

Issue still persists. Can't ignore folders. My `.ftpignore`: ``` .ftpconfig .ftpignore id_rsa .DS_Store .git */node_modules sample* ``` The `.git` folder is still being synced, as well as the `node_modules` folder....

Collapse Artboards and Groups does not work

Unfortunately in my Sketch version 54 it is not working - which is a real bummer because I really like this plugin and am using it often throughout the day....
