This issue is related to the minification library. We'll see if we can contribute there to get it fixed.
As per Vasilis, this can be fixed on the helper plugin side.

@Mai-Saad Network activate is not compatible with WP Rocket, we can skip it for now. Unless @DahmaniAdame has different point of view here
