3.20 Home page isnot added to DB with fresh activation of WPR on subsite of multisite

Describe the bug When fresh activating WPR 3.20 on a subsite of a multisite, the home page won't be processed by default

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install WPR 3.20 on multisite i.e https://subdir.rocketlabsqa.ovh/
2. Activate WPR on subsite i.e https://subdir.rocketlabsqa.ovh/test1
3. Check WPR dashboard => no entry for home
4. Check DB => no entry added in DB

Expected behavior Fresh activation of WPR 3.20 on the subsite shall process the home of this subsite as same as with the main site

@Mai-Saad Network activate is not compatible with WP Rocket, we can skip it for now. Unless @DahmaniAdame has different point of view here

using 3.20.0.3 1- Install WPR 2- Activate on main site and wait till home is completed 2- Activate on subsite and check the dashboard => tracked is 1 and score of main site is there, although no URL in subsite list
