Hi @amandamackie I think the proposal is to move the annotations of pntA and pntB from GO:0008746 NAD(P)+ transhydrogenase activity **to GO:0008750 proton-translocating NAD(P)+ transhydrogenase activity** and for sthA, move...
@deustp01 I cannot find any Reactome annotations - the request is to reannotate to either GO:0003957 NAD(P)+ transhydrogenase (B-specific) activity or GO:0008750 proton-translocating NAD(P)+ transhydrogenase activity. Thanks, Pascale
Good point! I'll add comments on the ontology ticket https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/27814
Obsoletion is done. Errors will appear in rules reports.
OK, not sure why CHEBI:35780 was in the ontology then - unless this showed up in reports and I hadn't noticed?
Can I change in the ontology the ones for which we do have a 'RHEA-approved'? for example: * http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/CHEBI_24636 proton should be changed to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chebi/searchId.do?chebiId=CHEBI:15378
Google spreadsheet of all the non-pH7.3 chemicals: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/196YJakCj77UmQklmNb5WpE2i-8PCVxHpFd587G6JceM/edit
These are *some* of the ones we should easily with the RHEA term.
After discussion with Elisabeth Coudert from RHEA, I changed all 'inorganic phosphate' to 'phosphate' in term labels and definitions.
