Maybe best to assert it for no, indeed.
Thanks @ValWood Just to confirm, because different terms are on the screenshot and on your list: the terms to be obsoleted are - [ ] GO:0070085 glycosylation - [ ]...
Hi @edwong57 Since GO:0043413 macromolecule glycosylation and GO:0141217 RNA glycosylation have very few direct annotations, it'd be great to obsolete these as well. Thanks, Pascale
Terms left: - [x] glycosylation - [x] fucosylation - [x] N-glycan fucosylation >> obsolete & replace by GO:0036066 protein O-linked glycosylation via fucose - [x] glycoRNA biosynthetic process >> OK...
@ValWood Who are we expecting feedback from ? I dont see any question in your comment above.
Isn't hydrogen sulfide a by-product ? In fact when I look at several genes annotated to this term, I dont see any HSO4- being produced: * CYS3_YEAST * P35520 ·...
According to the paper cited by @deustp01, hydrogen sulfide biosynthetic process exists in humans, so we cannot add that TC. @ValWood Do you want to add a TC on fungi...
Hi @ValWood Did you look at the MetaCyc xrefs? These 2 pathways share enzymes but look different: [sulfate assimilation, phosphoadenylyl sulfate reduction by phosphoadenylyl-sulfate reductase (thioredoxin)](http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/GO_0019379): [sulfate assimilation via adenylyl...
GO-CAM: When the metadata tag will be available on models, we will be able to split the stats by GO-CAM versus standard annotations. ### Total: - Number of models -...
Marc and I will look into this this week, I'll know more about how fast we can fix all by Thursday. Will keep you posted. Pascale
