I don't think so. [bluez-alsa](https://github.com/Arkq/bluez-alsa) is definitely userspace app and it creates sink device. EDIT: There is a comment in [the issue 48](https://github.com/Arkq/bluez-alsa/issues/48#issuecomment-378763431) that outlines other possible solutions via Alsa.

Well, only once/twice I had to retry to request tuning process. The value 15 seams OK. However if you could allow to select up to 20, it would be nice....
