It would be nice if the right hand actions allowed to promote a draft idea to submitted status - currently you have to edit and submit the idea

Would be nice to have this one. So it's sort of git branch, ordered by date, only for author. Maybe adding a flag `--author` could be interesting.

This requires investigation to check if it's a problem on github itself handling urls or the gem itself is not building the URL correctly.
