Can't modify existing AWS configuration for pubsub

Hi folks - would be great if the library could be updated to allow overriding all the existing AWS config, as of right now it's very limited: https://github.com/nytimes/gizmo/blob/master/config/aws/aws.go#L24-L37. In particular I am trying to override the HTTP client.
