Subtitles not transcoded in 11.5.0, woking fine in 11.4.0

With version 11.5.0 the subtitles are no longer transcoded for Roku streaming stick. They are working with version 11.4.0 [ums_dbg_2022-10-30-08-42.zip](https://github.com/UniversalMediaServer/UniversalMediaServer/files/9895258/ums_dbg_2022-10-30-08-42.zip) Thank you for your work!
