Same here, under Ubuntu 22.04, two monitor setup, jumps on monitor #1, though #2 is primary. Updated and now returned to 3.8.0 (the current Ubuntu repo version).
sorry, maybe 'jumping' is the wrong description here. It merely pops up on the 'other', non-primary (though the 'left') monitor after clicking on the notification icon. It 'feels' like jumping,...
The latter would be really, really nice :D
