Add Ethernet settings on http://192.168.10.1/#/settings

When I plug Ethernet cable I cannot see Stratux on my network. It would be great to have it accessible from desktop for debugging or log viewing.

Starting with v1.6, PI 2 b does not boot (8 blinks) - maybe re-add support?

Alerts with no system bar, or: how to get dialog before show() ?

I work on an immersive* activity. When I show an alert `ctx.alert {....}`, the system bar re-appears. It would seem a hacky fix for this is to set the dialog...

To locate chunks within a recording, it would be great to vary color based on spectrogram (like in http://spek.cc/ with control of dyn range).
