Can't control the game and make ShaderGlass full screen?

So I am using ShaderGlass to play BlazBlu CT, so I mirror the window then make ShaderGlass full screen. Which would be perfect but my controller doesn;t control the game...

When I run the server I don't see any IP or port.

Everything is blank. Am I doing doemthing wrong? Thanks
