@decorate does not work with getters/setters

`@decorate` operates only on value. Is there any reason why it doesn't check and decorate for get/set too? https://github.com/jayphelps/core-decorators.js/blob/master/src/decorate.js

For some reason, Netbeans sets identifier color of CSS and JavaScript to white, even if they're exported in yellow. For now, you have to change them by hand.

This pull adds proper handling of stickies bigger than the window. You can scroll them with the window, until the edge is encountered - than they stick on that edge....

Performance regression in Get<>
