Uses 100& symbolic icons by now.
Closing because this isn't themed by the icon theme anymore. (Feel free to reopen if it persist with modern GNOME Shell).
Closing, probably outdated, hardcoded and issue opener isn't on GitHub anymore.
I'd just do symlinks here. If anyone is still around and still uses Scilab: do we actually need the symlinks or are those additional mime types subclasses of ``application-x-scilab`` so...
In GNOME those icons aren't used anymore, it's just plain text now. Are those icons needed anyway? I mean, it's just letters and maybe a rectangle along with it so...

My stance on symbolic icons is we should just inherit the Adwaita ones. There is no way to implement a *Numixy* design anyway.
Closing this because GNOME apps don't use the non-symbolic icons anymore. The few icons missing here for completion probably won't be used in any app anyway.
We've now got the firmware mimetype icon which this could be symlinked to. I wonder if a device icon without the paper sheet would be a better fit for this...
