Currently there don't exist any telemetry reporting endpoins in teiserver, this is not designed in any way yet.
Blocked: need alignment with game devs, historically many are opposing this because colors need to be readable and the same for all players in the game.
We are extremely far from the point this issue is relevant for the new client.
You can contribute there if you want, but it of course also needs changes on the server side, and somebody likely from moderation team needs to confirm that it's desirable...
