Question: How to use mockttp with Electron exes?

How would I go about using this [example](https://github.com/httptoolkit/mockttp-proxy-demo) to intercept HTTPS requests from an Electron exe?

Seems that a certain site gets this error constantly. I've enabled redirects as I saw that it was a potential fix for it but to no avail.
