Oh that would be awesome! I guess Packages like PySr (@MilesCranmer), diffeqpy (@ChrisRackauckas) and so on would profit a lot from that as well.

@MarcMush is this still active? I have some projects that would profit a lot from multiple progress bars (nested algorithms).
Thanks - yes, all progress reporting would be collected and ProgressMeter called from a single core. I haven't managed to get the `offset`-"trick" working with Jupyter, though.

Thanks @tamasgal, much appreciated! Adding a bit of bit-mangling code shouldn't be a problem. So I basically implement `readtype` and `interped_data` for the custom types, right? How do I read/iterate...
Pluto.jl output would be a great feature to have, I think, esp. to offer tutorials and the like in script, Jupyter and Pluto format.
