Actually, we have a ticket open for updates to MIXS:0000016 see #146 I will include the suggested structured comment name update there.

MIXS:0000111 (samp_vol_we_dna_ext) will not be possible to use sample_vol_we_dna_ext as that exceeds 20char. so to be consistent we may need to use samp_ for all.
