regression: ICD for MongoDB and EnterpriseDB is reporting 'Unprocessable Entity'

@shemau you need to set the `host_flavor` for `enterprisedb`. `host_flavors` can be found [here](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/IBM-Cloud/ibm/latest/docs/resources/database#host_flavor). Please note that the `multitenant` option is not available for `enterprisedb`.
