Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to buingings-parkings section 2. Close bottom sheet 3. Do a fast triple tap on the map 4. Bottom sheet reopens 

fix: add loading screen after refresh in new REST API offline views

When refreshing the offline view in SKS, the content updates instantly without any visual feedback. Add a short loading screen (we have similiar thing in other views)

fix: test and potencially fix offline views in the english version of the app

Fix the height scaling of the student club tiles so that it looks good. Currently, with an enough small font size, the bottom padding disappear.
