fix: test and potencially fix offline views in the english version of the app

Replace "Oops... Something went wrong" offline screen with our screen that includes the refresh button

Views:

• banner (home screen)
• student oranizations (home screen)
• guide
• faculties
• student organiations
• SKS [sometimes its ok sometimes its not, idk the pattern]

On my device, the nicer custom offline screen only appears right after opening the app for the first time after clearing the cache. Once the data is downloaded and cached, going offline shows the "Oops..." screen instead on listed views
