Are you tried also update graphics driver to latest one?
Hi. Just goto "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.3\3.3\scripts\addons\BlendLuxCore" folder and delete "BlendLuxCore" folder. And unpack again latest version here again "C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.3\3.3\scripts\addons". That's it.
