This isn't the only pack affected by this memory leak issue.
I think it may be to do with javas latest version/s and or the MC launcher as it was fine one day running version 1.3.1 and then it suddenly started...
What pack version. Some of them are unstable.
Try restart with a new world gen. May have corruption or too many entities in the current one causing a crash
Not the only pack with this issue. Possibly a java issue after a recent update. Stoneblock also has this problem, however server systems don't have the same issue.
