Seeing the same issue with version 2.3.0-20180710171051+64615d6258 on macOS 10.13.6 (17G65)

@strib seems to be working so far. I'll follow up in a few days. Also I'm seeing a constant state of "UPLOADING CHANGES..." though it does not seem to impact...

Having a similar issue. Obviously manual deletion of the files in `/var/lib/rkt/cas/tmp` is possible but that seems like a hack ... not seeing much about this issue other than here.

I agree ... when a domain is added three NS records are automatically created under the hood but not in the terraform output. Entering a new domain into the UI...

this would save lots of time
