Sorry. Not worked on the project for years. Most likely won't be adding any new stuff to it anytime soon.
Haven't touched bmpanel2 in years, have no idea if it works or not. `monitor` should work if you do it in your RC file.
Also it always displays itself only on one monitor.. At least that's what I remember.
Perhaps it's true, but who cares, really? It's not strictly required to include the license to every file, but indeed it's recommended to do so.
Just ignore it.
Then look for other gocode binaries, it shouldn't panic really. Try running gocode in a separate terminal via: `gocode close` (to stop existing process) and `gocode -s -debug`. Paste here...
Maybe you have a `log` variable somewhere. Or another `log` package.

Yes, it sucks. With gocode you have to use "go install" anyway and that package cache feature is useless to you. Sadly there are no plans on my side to...
