how to display panel only on one monitor

I have tried monitor 1 but didn't work. What am I doing wrong?

Haven't touched bmpanel2 in years, have no idea if it works or not. monitor should work if you do it in your RC file.

Also it always displays itself only on one monitor.. At least that's what I remember.
