As @unuing already said there is a screenshot function in Windows. And there is also a screenshot tool built-in called "Snipping tool"
 If I0m not weong this is exactly what the format VEC4 does. YOu can activate it in the settings.
I would like to see two additional things: * Ability to move the toolbar * Ability that it ignores text while measuring elements of apps

@crutkas. I think this is because edge goes in a borderless window mode when you click fullscreen. Apps that use real fullscreen are (in my testings) not able to move...
