Stay in fullscreen
Description of the new feature / enhancement
If the open window was in fullscreen and changes the display it should stay in fullscreen
Scenario when this would be used?
Every time a program is opened while on a different display.

can you go more into detail for changing displays?
I just tried with my current multi-mon setup with edge via F11 and a full screen youtube video and it stayed full screen with Win+Shift+Arrow
/needinfo
@crutkas. I think this is because edge goes in a borderless window mode when you click fullscreen. Apps that use real fullscreen are (in my testings) not able to move the window to another monitor
Just tried VS Code, still worked.
Sorry I really was unclear If I open an program for example my browser while its opening the window (not full screen my bad) covers the entire display but if I move my mouse to another window (while the program is still loading and opening) it gets resized to a smaller size
I meant full screen as in covering the whole display. As I read my post again I didn't even understand it so I know where the misunderstanding is coming from.
@Paulssaid can you provide a step by step to recreate this what you are describing as the root issue? A resized window or maximized window shouldn't magically resize itself. I can't reproduce how to make this happen as well so i'm thinking either maybe it is the base app OR i'm missing some fundamental step to repro.
A video would be very helpful as well to get a visual

@crutkas Sorry it took me a few days to respond
https://i.imgur.com/Xtllfoz.mp4 Here is a video of my Issue The recording is a bit laggy but should serve its purpose
Because I closed my browser on the screen on the left it opened on the left, but if I move my mouse to the right monitor as the program opens it gets resized and moved to the right monitor as the video shows.

One cause is probably this setting One way of stopping this is disabling this but if it is possible to just not resize the window would be nice
I hope this makes sense now and there are no more misunderstandings.
