I am using the application normally, but after reinstalling win in C drive, it crashed, tried deleting and re-downloading but it doesn't work When i click ''checknow'', it show me...

 I used ''remove repeat phrases'' and it left me with extra phrases as above. Is there any way to remove them. Thanks!
