I can't update and setting ScreenTranslator

I am using the application normally, but after reinstalling win in C drive, it crashed, tried deleting and re-downloading but it doesn't work When i click ''checknow'', it show me the nortification like this. Can't set update, Translation, and Recognation.

If you can't use it, then use version x32. It worked !

Any errors? Have you tried installing openssl, vcredist, chrome?
